High School Volleyball Coach Doesn’t Like Team’s Effort

Eric Maxwell is a jerkoff. Maybe he is a great guy when he is home (doubtful) but anyone who does something like this is a bad coach, and a worse human being. Maxwell is the coach for the girls' volleyball team at Southern High School in New Jersey and was not pleased with the way his team was playing in a recent game. His solution: fire the ball off the head of one of his own players.

Very nice. Way to keep your emotions in check. That will get them dialed in, the fear of you humiliating them at games. I am sure that all of the young women under your command are very excited to come to practice each day knowing that you are going to be there. Who wouldn’t want to play for a guy who will humiliate you in front of not only your own team, but the opponent, and everyone in the gym who happens to be watching. What a guy!

Hey Maxwell, it's high school volleyball, not the Olympics. No one is scouting you so you can take over the national team if you dominate the girls circuit in New Jersey. Is your life so bad, so miserable that you need to bounce a Wilson off some girl’s head? You have officially crossed the line when the referee calls a foul on you for abusing your own players. This is high school volleyball, not the NHL.

What would Maxwell do if something that actually mattered didn’t go his way? Does he start smashing things when he gets stuck at a red light? Does he start tipping over the displays when he gets behind someone who is a tad slow in the grocery line? Does he throw his coffee at the Starbucks barista if they hit him with 2% instead of non-fat. Nice life you have created for yourself.

The best part of the video is listening to the people who happened to shoot the scene. They are incredulous that the coach dotted one of his own players. Good thing that he isn’t the bowling coach, or the school’s javelin instructor.

Anger management, Max. Get yourself some help. Learn to control that temper, channel it appropriately and maybe you can stop bouncing balls off of girl’s faces and start being something other than the most hated man at school.

One thing is for sure, neither the player's father, brother, or boyfriend was at the game, because if they were, Coach Maxwell would be spitting teeth.
